Store training
driven by practice and data

Retail AI Coaching lets store teams practise conversations with AI-played customers. Afterwards we track the related business data and adjust the next round of practice. It runs in the WeCom workspace, so anyone can start in a tap.

How it works

Do01

Advisors talk by voice with an AI-played customer, just like on the shop floor.

See02

Each session ends with a score and a review. Managers see the picture by store and region.

Adjust03

Business data and real conversation feedback shape the scenarios and focus of the next round.

Each round of practice is shaped by data from the last

Practice scenarios

Customer role-play

Each AI customer has a full profile: age, segment, reason for visiting, personality and what they care about. Advisors practise with a specific person, not a script.

Product knowledge practice

Practise explaining new arrivals, craftsmanship and care. When unsure, ask the knowledge assistant: answers come with sources and related courses.

Scenarios are set up for each brand, for exampleNew-customer welcomeClosingReturnsSpecial occasionsNew arrivals

Scores and reviews

After every session you get:

Skill scores
Understanding needs, discovery, guiding the decision, empathy, brand culture, product explanation
Outcome
Whether the customer decided to buy, and why not if they didn't
Line-by-line review
What went well and what was missed, each point tied to the exact words

Required this week

Managers see only whether it's done, not scores or feedback.

Free practice

Only you see your results, so it's safe to try things out.

What managers see

Store managers see their store, area managers their region, head office the whole country. Reports cover average scores, participation, sessions per person, and each advisor's strengths and focus areas, side by side with business data such as new customers.

Practice scores reflect performance in simulated scenarios. They're useful for spotting training priorities. Reports always show participation so you can judge how far the data reaches.
